If you are looking to do a bit more than just dip your toe in the water, the 52/13 concept is a perfect way to have a full-time villa (52 weeks per year) in Belize that provides the expanded capabilities of living space and accommodations on a shared part-time basis (13 weeks per year). What this means to you is that your private villa with master suite, living room, kitchenette, and terrace that belongs to you and can be used by you year-round can expand to add a 2nd bedroom suite along with a full-size kitchen, dining room, living room, and terrace when you have extra visitors to accommodate. All villas also share the use of a pool.

Many vacation home buyers are torn between having an affordable solution that they may have to share with others versus a more expensive full-time purchase that is theirs alone, especially when guest accommodations are not a frequent need. The 52/13 provides you with ownership of a villa that belongs only to you with the occasional use of more space when you need it for less than the cost of a small condo.
The Villa
Each 52/13 has a total of four owners. Each owner has their own dedicated villa that is either attached or detached to the shared portion of the home we refer to as the hub. Each villa is roughly 800 sqft and has it's own master bedroom suite with king-sized bed, walk-in closet, desk, and master bath as well as a small living room and kitchenette with eat-in bar and a private terrace. Kitchenettes have a walk-in pantry closet and are equipped with a full-size refrigerator, sink, small cooktop, and a microwave oven. Villas share access to a laundry room which is part of The Hub. Villas also share access to an outdoor pool.
The Hub
Each 52/13 has a shared space called The Hub that each of the four villa owners have exclusive access to use up to 13) weeks per year. The Hub adds over 1500 sqft of additional living space indoors and out including an additional guest bedroom and bathroom as well as a full-sized, fully furnished kitchen, dining room, living room, and covered terrace for you to share with your family, guests, and friends.
